  • Abstract
FMECA, as one kind of reliability analysis methods, is a powerful method for improving the production reliability and has been widely used in the aerospace, medical equipment, ships, shipbuilding and other fields. In this paper, the fuzzy theory is studied and employed for criticality analysis. Finally, this method is applied to a certain type of warhead failure mode, effects and criticality analysis to enhance the objectivity and accuracy of the analysis results.
