Abstract :
It is important to scientifically and reasonably allocate reliability factor for system design, development and experiments. Based on some kinds of traditional used methods of reliability factor allocation, one allocation method based on synthetically grading method is introduced. In this paper, this method is modified for reliability factor allocation based on synthetically grading. It is suitable for multi-layer and complex measurement and control system. As one instance, the mission of reliability factor allocation for one measurement and control system is carried out. The allocation results is consistent with system design. And the feasibility of this method is also validated. This method provides a reference in engineering manufacture for measurement and control system.
