Abstract :
This paper presents a digital control with digital signal processor (DSP) application for active power filters employing a dead beat technique, which can also be extended for any inverter application. The paper focuses in the DSP´s contribution to improve the dynamic of the digital control, providing a fast processing of the control law, assuring the required compensation. Moreover, it shows the application for both series and shunt active power filter employing a dead beat control technique
