Abstract

The main idea of this paper is to categorize and summarize of existing methods which solve the selfish problem nature, systematic introduction of the classification of peer-to-peer networks of the phenomenon that exist in selfish nature and to discuss a variety of inhibition mechanism of selfish network method proposed since 2005. According to different mathematical modelling and analysis methods, the existed control methods are divided into four categories. Then all types of inhibitory mechanism are analyzed and compared. The comparison can help us more clearly understand the general approach to the research of selfish behavior and is conducive to engineering development in the selection of suitable inhibitory mechanisms. Finally, the future prospects for solving the selfish problem is proposed.
