  • Abstract
    The properties of permutation rational function are first reviewed. Then a novel permutation rational function is suggested, with detail analysis on its algebraic properties. The application of this permutation rational function in public-key encryption schemes is described, and the security of the public-key cryptosystem relies on the intractability of the integer factorization problem.
