Impact of different exercise load on expression of hippocampal neurons nNOS in rats

Abstract :
Discuss the impact mechanism of different exercise load on the expression of hippocampal neurons nNOS in rats. Divided 40 Wistar male rats randomly into control group of no exercise intervention and experimental groups in which the rats were applied small, medium and large intensity exercise load respectively by swimming 15, 30 and 60 minutes everyday. After experiment for 8 weeks, the expression level of hippocampal neural n-NOS were inspected by S-P Immunohistochemical Assay (IHCA). Comparing with the control group, the positive expressions of hippocampal neurons nNOS in rats of both medium and large load group are very prominent (p <; 0.01); comparing with the small load group, both medium and large load group show significant difference (p <; 0.05 and p <; 0.01); the comparison between the medium and large load group also shows very significant difference (p <; 0.01). The expression of brain hippocampal neurons nNOS is significantly improved with the increase of exercise load.
