After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.

"Going out" is an important corporate development strategy and an inevitable requirement for economic globalization. Samsung, as a leading multinational electronics companies, has achieved great international success in recent years which has formed its own characteristics - "Samsung Mode". Lenovo known as a famous electronic enterprise in China is now faced with "going out" opportunities and challenges. So it should actively learn from the experience of Samsung Model. Enlightenment is proposed to Lenovo\´s "going out" strategy triggered by Samsung on the basis of a detailed analysis of "the Samsung Model".
