    Accelerated life testing (ALT) can be utilized to shorten the test duration for demonstrating the high reliability target with a long mission time under the use condition in reliability demonstration test (RDT). In this paper, a reliability acceptance sampling plan (RASP) for Weibull distribution with a nonconstant shape parameter under the acceleration condition is designed to demonstrate the reliability target with the lifetime at the specified reliability as the reliability measure. An example is illustrated to validate the proposed test method. Finally, the effects of the model parameter on the RASPs are analyzed.
