    As the status of lacking life calculation methods for non-electric products, on the basis of Collecting life models, this paper develops a life model library and establishes a new life calculation method, based on the life model library, for nonelectric products. Firstly, the article introduces the principle of life calculation method and gives the calculation steps. Then this article elaborates the design and development of the life model library and gives the methods to obtain its model parameters. Finally, take a within axis of the piston pump as an example, the paper elaborates the calculation process of the production life and verifies the accuracy and suitability of the life model library and the life calculation method.
