Abstract :
Compressive sensing theory can exploit the information of sparsity/compressibility signal efficiently. It is useful when measurements are expensive. This paper introduces a simple and effective measurement process based on compressive sensing of time-frequency shifts system. Numerical simulations verify that better performance can be achieved in practice.
