Since the study on accelerated life test of rolling bearing is regarded as a single system, without considering the influence of competing failure among various parts of the rolling bearing. To solve this problem, the model and analysis of constant stress accelerated life test with competing failure modes was studied, and the maximum likelihood estimation based on the Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm was used to analyze each failure mode. Finally, a case study of the 6205 rolling bearing was given to validate the effectiveness of the method in the study of the rolling bearing life, and the life prediction of rolling bearing was studied in the meantime.
