Abstract :
On behalf of the IPTA 2012 Program and Organizing Committees, we welcome you to the Third International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools and Applications to be held October 15–18, in Istanbul, Turkey. We are pleased to inform you that the conference program prepared by the Technical Committee includes a number of keynote addresses and the latest research findings in the area of image processing. The initial call for paper resulted in an overwhelming response with 198 submissions from Africa, Asia, Europe, and America.
