Abstract :
This paper describes an efficient moment-matching method to simulate high-speed interconnect networks. Removing the wave propagation delays from the equations of transmission lines using the delay evaluation technique, the present method enables to simulate accurate transient waveforms using the conventional asymptotic waveform evaluation technique
