Integration of software technologies into a test system

This paper discusses the following software technologies and demonstrates how to consolidate them into a single application using ATEasy: DLL, a demo of how to import an header file or declare a DLL function and calling it from ATEasy; COM ActiveX - a demo of using an Excel spreadsheet, a data base and an ActiveX control (Microsoft Calendar); .NET, a demo of importing a .NET assembly and using classes. Methods and properties; importing function panel drivers and using them; using IVI drivers, will show how to use IVI-DMM driver from with in ATEasy.
