Abstract :
Visfatin was a new adenosine, expressed highly in adipose tissue of viscous organs of person and mouse, the level of visfatin in plasma usually increased as the fat degree rising. visfatin had the effect as insulin to capitulate the glucose level and mend insulin resistant. research had found that visfatin had important relation to metabolism syndrome and some disease correlation to metabolism such as diabetes and fatness and arteriosclerosis. exercise should reduce the visfatin level in plasma and rise the visfatin mRNA express in adipose tissue. visfatin perhaps was a kind of signal molecule of exercise improve metabolize status and prevention some disease correlation to metabolism.
