Abstract
Emergency calls are a very important task on the Internet. It is a requirement to accept as many VoIP calls as possible, and provide high quality service for emergency calls in limited bandwidth. This paper puts forward a scheme based on end-to-end QoS service model for emergency calls. It provides high quality service for emergency calls by using Diffserv AF service model and a call admission method based on observing data flows and a log of SIP messages. Finally, simulation results show that the scheme is rational and viable, and can provide good QoS performance for emergency calls.
