Abstract :
This paper reports the use of suspended gate SG-MOSFET transistor for oscillator applications. The SG-MOSFET is analyzed as a vibrating-gate structure and a small-signal equivalent circuit is proposed and validated. An adapted 16 MHz oscillator topology is demonstrated.
