Abstract :
For many minor chain supermarkets, most data warehouse products are too expensive to purchase to solve the development bottleneck of cumulative and massive data that database can not store. Shop assistants in chain stores often operate data warehouses difficultly for foreign language and technical obstacle. So, it is essential to customize and design data warehouse for them. The results show that data resource of retails records can be fully utilized with effective decision support by the data warehouse, which promotes sales greatly.
