A brief research about the local schoolyard injure legislation of China

After the announcement of schoolyard injure treatment of Chinese Education Department, the various provinces of China have issued a batch of regulations and administrative rules correspondently, which play a kind of positive role in the students´ injury treatment. And it is necessary to make advanced law by integrating comprehensive experiments of different places. About the new law, it aims to establish Sports Insurance, Responsibility Identification Authority and enhance other accountability systems.
