Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the significant improvement of equipment architecture, equipment maintenance support forces should be changed to adapt to the high-tech equipment maintenance support tasks. Based on the analysis of the world high-tech equipment maintenance support forces, the new situation of the construction of high-tech equipment maintenance support forces is grasped profoundly in this paper, and recommendations to strengthen the construction of high-tech equipment maintenance support forces are put forward.
