Abstract :
Localization is one of the critical tasks of the wireless sensor networks (WSN). Many applications such as environment monitoring, location service and target tracking need the sensors´ location. In this paper, we propose a novel range-based distributed localization algorithm - S-MRL (sampling and Malguki refinement localization). Our algorithm is simple and simulation results show our algorithm achieves high localization accuracy when anchor ratio is less. Comparing with similar method, S-MRL algorithm performs better in location accuracy.
