Abstract
The researches of molecular mechanisms of the vital function microorganisms are important for the study of key moments their cell regulation such as work of macromolecular complexes at transmembrane transfer of a signal and processes of growth. In the present work the method EHF-dielectrometry is applied for the analysis of molecular mechanisms of managing systems of E. coli cells. Water is one of the factors of regulation state of organism. Dielectrometry in the millimeter range of radiowaves allows one to carry out researches in conditions excluding updating and destruction of an alive cell on change of hydration environment parameters. This method fixes change of parameters of water components which has different connections with macromolecular structures of a cell
