  • Abstract
Changes of platelet function play a crucial role in the development of tromogenic complications in hypertension and require correction from early stages of the disease. Special load tests provide the possibility to reveal the latent disturbances of the adrenergic activity and the platelet functional state. The aim of this study was to estimate the disorders of adrenoreceptor activity in hypertensive patients resulting from an exercise test. It is concluded that in the hypertensive patients an increase of adrenoreception and functional platelet activity were revealed. At the early stage of disease the physical load stimulates the trigger mechanisms of biochemical intracellular reactions which causes the altered platelet adrenaline response
