Abstract
This paper is to construct index systems of maintenance accessibility based on evaluation purpose. This analysis can be helpful to optimize design scheme, make a decision on product acception or improvement, and construct the evaluation index system of all maintainability qualitative requirements. With this purpose, the meaning of maintenance accessibility and its influence factors are further explained. Then, the difference of evaluation purpose and its utility on product scheme design stage and application phase is distinguished. Afterwards, the method to construct maintenance accessibility evaluation index is investigated. After analyzing index structure, it shows that line replaceable unit (LRU) layout rationality, maintenance channels settlement rationality and check apertures distribution rationality should be applied to evaluate the maintenance accessibility in product scheme design stage, and that the view accessibility, human body accessibility and implement accessibility, which are usually used to evaluate maintenance accessibility, are more suitable for evaluating maintenance accessibility in product application phase. Finally, we summarize the significant aspects and suggest future research.
