Abstract
In this paper we present a new approach for designing high-speed nonlinear integrated circuits with the aid of state of the art CAD tools. As an example, we discuss the design of a high-speed nonlinear optical switch driver that will be part of an optical Metropolitan Area Network (MAN). In the near future, this driver will be integrated with an optical switch using epitaxial lift-off (ELO)
