    This paper gives an equipment maintainability verification method based on digital human technique. It builds digital human of equipment maintenance personnel, splits typical equipment maintenance action to some maintenance action elements, sets storeroom of equipment maintenance action element, designs tread and path of equipment maintenance personnel action, and realizes movement of digital human. It conceives 3D entity model of equipment sample, maintenance tools and maintenance environment, and makes it light. It uses reachable enveloping body and impact examination method to judge maintenance accessibility. An example such as the burdened wheel maintenance of some equipment indicates the equipment maintainability verification method based on digital human technique is an effective approach to settling the bottleneck of maintainability verification in equipment design phase, and this method has upper extending applied value.
