Abstract
The basic properties of the biquad active filters, are discussed along with the programmable features. Computer simulations and interactive software have been developed to help design the filter with given constraints and responses. The most important aspect of the variation of the filter response, as a function of the component variations, is presented. The practical aspects of a cascaded filter chain are analyzed.<>
