Basic reliability estimation, e.g. MTBF, of Command Control and Communication system is evaluated by combining method of components counting and method of similar products. Reliability estimation is used to find the weakness of design and for the reliability allocation. By experimental test, reliability estimation combining method of components counting and method of similar products is adapted by real systems.
