    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    In allusion to the deficiency of traditional key operation ascertaining methods, impact factors to measure the key of maintenance operation are analyzed from the aspect of value, and the indexes are ascertained to evaluate the key of parts batch-repair progress operation. The membership vectors of qualitative indexes are obtained through mark membership table, and the membership vectors of quantitative indexes are obtained through mountain range-shape membership function. Finally, the key operation of parts batch-repair progress is obtained through FCE (fuzzy comprehensive evaluation), and it improves the pertinence of quality monitoring.
