Abstract
Considering the problem of fault diagnosis for sensors and gas-path component in aero-engine, the calculation method of Deng´s grey analysis is introduced to design sensors and components fault detection and isolation system. The typical engine failure mode data of the normal condition is obtained by interpolation in the system. Establish the failure standard sequence which is used to grey analysis with the test sequence, then the fault type and fault location is determined based on the maximum correlation principle of grey analysis. The simulation in different rotation angle of turbo-shaft engine shows that the method can improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and isolation.
