Abstract :
A novel method of producing composite silver electrodes by silver nitrate decomposition is proposed. Preliminary study indicates the possibility of good active material utilization and reduced fabrication steps over traditional methods. The method of Ag electrode fabrication is a potential further application of the silver deposition process being used in research on high temperature superconductors. As such, the procedure, cell data and micrographs that are presented should be regarded as representing a first attempt. The process is presented without a claim to its ultimate practicality
