Abstract :
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the developing method of traditional power quality monitoring system, the new power quality monitoring system based on model driven architecture (MDA) and IEC 61850 is proposed, in which the function logical model is separated from specific platform, platform independent model is created and applied to discrepancy platform, the MDA concept and IEC 61850 is described, the development process and the architecture of power quality monitoring system based on MDA are proposed. The method proposed implements the portability and reusability of the monitoring system.
