Abstract
The paper deals with the use of a current-fed converter with two resonant elements in parallel to improve the power factor presented to a single-phase line for electronics equipment with a DC power supply. In the study, both a steady-state analysis and the different operating zones are clearly established. Finally, the converter has been applied in power factor correction, and excellent behaviour has resulted in this application
