Abstract :
Uncertainty naturally presents in the localization problem for wireless sensor networks. In this paper we address the uncertainty issue explicitly and propose a feasible, accurate and efficient location discovery scheme for wireless sensor networks. Our stochastic algorithm provides decent localization accuracy, and at the same time it does not rely on any ranging information or anchor nodes. Simulation results show that our algorithm can achieve much better accuracy than other deterministic approaches.
