Abstract :
It is needed for the strengthening of enterprises competed abilities to excavate customer resources and realize individual services. The thesis uses a swift fuzzy rules excavated method in the customer relationship management of E-commerce. Practice simulation show its authenticity, and then the thesis gain the intelligent customer relationship management model that faces to electronic business.
