Abstract :
Inside special regions on the ground surface magnetotelluric sounding curve interpretation may lead to false results. Such regions occupy a radius within 500 km from the base of the resonance line. To obtain a reliable result it is necessary to find a spatial structure of the pulsation fields. It is enough to have two or three observation points to reconstruct the initial resonance structure. Further procedures of magnetotelluric sounding interpretation must include calculations of the spatial field spectrum and spectral impedance
