  • Abstract
An interference analyzer is a sophisticated, highly sensitive instrument with very low permissible AC (maximum +20 dBm) and DC (0 V) input power. Some spectrum analyzers have separate protected inputs for conducted emission measurements. Such protection does not work when high power very narrow (μsec/nsec) spikes occur. Hermon Laboratories developed a low-cost, very effective device with six levels of protection. The device has total 0 dB gain attenuation with ±0.5 dB flatness over the 10 kHz-30 MHz frequency range
