Abstract
Einstein´s approach to matter as part of electromagnetic field is elaborated with an understanding of basic state of matter being the continuous state. The origin of induced electric field vortex is surface divergence of magnetic field, Div (c B ). This fact can be measured with many electrical devices and is obviously logical when electric and magnetic fields are understood as part of matter
