Social development cannot be separated from hazardous chemicals. They also pose a great threat on human life and property safety. If the management of dangerous goods is ignored, public security accidents may easily happen, and illegal crime personnel may make advantage of that to endanger public order. Therefore, all countries in the world attach great importance to the management of dangerous goods. They are strictly managed from their production to destruction. Based on the problems exit in dangerous goods management, authors propose a series of countermeasures to improve dangerous goods management, after studying advanced technology and experience from western nations in this field and rational analysis with the use of relevant theories and principles.
