Abstract
Laplacian electrocardiograms (ECG) were acquired with excellent signal to noise ratio (SNR). The signal locates the moment of activation (MOA) at an electrode site from the surface of the chest. A tripolar concentric ring electrode provides a small but well-defined localized signal with high common mode rejection (CMR). The active amplifier mounted on the electrode is powered by two on-board lithium batteries. The amplifier has high CMR ratio (CMRR) and 10 GΩ input impedance. Frequency response is from 5 Hz to 500 Hz. Time shift changes were observed in one subject with bigeminal rhythm
