Abstract :
A new dynamic syncho-feed control method for dual linear motors is presented in this paper. The sliding mode tracking controllers can guarantee the system have fast tracking characteristic to the command, and the H∞ control can make dual linear motors coming back to synchronous state when the lopsided load or the uncertainty disturbance exist between the dual motors, and the chattering caused by sliding mode control which can effect the stable state performance of the system is also can be minimized effectively. The simulation results show that this control scheme not only can enhance the track-command-ability and the strong robustness of the system, but also has low synchronous error.
