Abstract :
After modifications to the balance support structure, the apparatus was run for a short time in July 2003 and showed agreement with the data presented at CPEM 2002 within existing alignment limitations. The balance is presently being modified to allow accurate alignment of the coil in vacuum and further measurements are carried out in 2004 with the aim of determining the alignment uncertainties and producing a value for Planck´s constant
