Abstract :
This paper mainly study structural effective life of tower crane and tower crane fleet monitoring system from the aspects of optimization design, control and management based on system engineering. Firstly, tower crane working parameters were collected dynamically through wireless data transmission technology, whose feasibility has been tested to be good in experiments. Secondly, with improved RBF optimization algorithm, tower crane structural stress was obtained, which is important in calculating effective life. Finally, the optimal control of tower crane fleet effective life was tried, by fixing parameter collection, feedback, control and effective life monitoring together. Through combining security monitoring variable with tower crane working parameters and structure effective life, the optimization control and management of tower crane fleet structure effective life monitoring are realized.
