Abstract :
Uncertainties of a precision measurement system developed at NML for traceable calibration of three-phase instruments measuring harmonics of current up to 20 A, voltage fluctuation and flicker are discussed. The analysis shows that current and voltage harmonics up to the 99th and fluctuating voltages can be generated and measured with relative uncertainties close to 1times10-5
