Abstract :
The authors give information about development of monolithic filters using quartz material, lithium tantalate and La3Ga 5SiO14 (langasite). Their principal parameters and angle of cut are reported which ensure obtaining a minimum or zero frequency-temperature coefficient over the operating temperature range
