Abstract :
A unique data conditioning system has been developed to interface four channels of analog data from a flow cytometer to an Intel 80XXX processor-based microcomputer with a resident 12-bit A/D converter. The causes of five frequently encountered errors in flow cytometry measurements have been identified. The data conditioning system allows the operator to identify these problems and minimize their effects.<>
