Abstract
For the calibration of magnetic instruments a DC current source controlled by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) has been developed for currents in the range from 0.3 to 1 A. Depending on the absorption line-width of the NMR sample a resolution of less than 1 muA and a current instability of less than 1 ppm over 8 hours can be achieved
