Abstract
We have studied a small size wind power generating system which uses the SRM as a SRG (Switched Reluctance Generator). In the previous study, we proposed a simple generator equivalent circuit model which can analyze SRG behavior at only circuit simulator by approximating the magnetic characteristics without coupled analysis of Finite Element Method (FEM) and circuit simulator. But, proposed model does not considering the influence of leakage flux from one phase to other phases. In this paper, we consider the influence of leakage flux between phases by using FEM analysis. And we propose generator model in consideration of flux leaked to other phases. We show validity of the proposed generator model by comparing simulation results of the proposed model and FEM results.
