Abstract :
A new method has been developed for the calibration of an AC measurement standard at 20 mV and below using a resistive voltage divider (RVD). Measurements made with the RVD are compared to measurements using the existing "bootstrap" method given in the service manual and also to measurements using an AC/DC transfer standard
