Abstract :
Noise and vibration of permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSM) are one of the important targets using to estimate motor operation performance. Therefore, if effectively identify the source of noise and vibration of PMSM, it could be taken some appropriate measures to suppress the noise and vibration of the motor. This article will take surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object. Firstly according to the motor design parameters, use analytical method to calculate the main and every harmonic magnetic fields in air gap, Secondly compute the rotation of electromagnetic force waves of different frequencies and order numbers which are generated by the interaction of stator and rotor. At last, based on the ANSYS software, write the APDL languages about vibration and electromagnetic noise to make the finite element simulation calculation for different electromagnetic forces and analyze the calculation results. Ultimately identify the harmonic magnetic fields which generate the larger vibration and electromagnetic noise.
